Ziggy

Terms of Use

Last updated 6 September 2026 · Ziggy is operated by Beyond10k (Australia).

The service

Ziggy is an AI sales employee provided to organisations. Your organisation is responsible for the data it imports, the business knowledge it approves, and the outreach it configures Ziggy to send. Ziggy is currently offered as a beta service.

Acceptable use

  • Use Ziggy only for lawful business communication, complying with applicable law including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and equivalent laws in your recipients' jurisdictions.
  • Only connect email and calendar accounts your organisation controls and is authorised to use.
  • Do not attempt to access another organisation's data, probe the service's security, or resell the service without our written agreement.

Connected accounts

When you connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you authorise Ziggy to act on that account within the permissions granted and your autonomy settings. You can disconnect at any time from Settings; sending stops immediately when outbound is paused or disconnected.

AI outputs

Ziggy drafts, scores and recommendations are generated with AI from your organisation's approved knowledge and public sources. Review settings control what is sent automatically; your organisation remains responsible for communications sent on its behalf.

Beta, availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), Beyond10k's liability is limited to resupplying the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms with notice through the product. Questions: support@ziggyai.com.au.
